By accessing or using ClearStamp ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
ClearStamp provides an AI-powered platform that helps construction professionals respond to building permit correction letters. The Service analyzes uploaded correction letters and blueprints, researches applicable building codes, and generates professional response packages. The Service is intended as a tool to assist qualified professionals and does not replace professional engineering or architectural judgment.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to building permit correction responses. You may not use the Service to upload or process content that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated response packages complies with local building codes and regulations.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by ClearStamp and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of documents you upload. Response packages generated by the Service are licensed to you for use in connection with the building permit projects for which they were generated.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular jurisdiction or project. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before submission to building departments. ClearStamp is not a licensed engineering or architectural firm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearStamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to permit denials, project delays, or construction defects. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though certain provisions of these terms survive termination.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
